Drift Art at The Ascot Community Exhibition Art Gallery

Drift Art is the art exhibition to be held at The Ascot from 2nd to 24th January 2018. Open Monday to Friday 10 am to 4.30 pm and Saturday 9.30 am to 11.30am. Alan Borg is a resident of the Yorke Peninsula and has always harboured a deep love of the ocean. Driftwood art allows him to express what the sea has to offer. He feels every piece of driftwood tells a story and through recycling the flotsam treasures the ocean creatures can be seen and appreciated in a different and unique way. The Ascot Community Exhibition Art Gallery has a different exhibition each month. The Kernewek Lowender Art Prize Collection is also on permanent display (except for May in odd numbered years when the Cornish Festival is being held).
